The Walking Dead continues to prove itself a cable television juggernaut. It's the highest rated series on TV by quite a bit.
This past Sunday's midseason finale has grown by about a third following the release a live-plus-three day ratings. Guess how many people watched the drama at Alexandria? If you said 18.3 million, you were right.
The episode, titled Start to Finish, earned a 9.3 rating in the key demographic of adults 18-49.
The series saw its first season to season dip in ratings, rather than growth, but the numbers for the eighth episode of its sixth season are on par with the eighth episode and midseason finale of its 2014 fifth season.
The Walking Dead returns from its midseason break on February 14, 2016.
