A new trailer for the back half of The Walking Dead Season Eight shows all of Alexandria and its surrounding communities' women rising up to finish the fight against Negan.

First and most importantly, Enid's fate seems to be revealed briefly. The character is heard pleading with the Oceanside community to join Rick's cause in fighting the Saviors despite having shot and killed Natania in the Mid-Season finale. "The Saviors are coming and they will wipe you out," Enid said. "Don't make the same mistake."

Whether or not Oceanside will join the fight is anyone's guess.

Carol, however, is more than ready to fight. In the extended trailer, she is seen on a rescue mission with Morgan Jones as they try to free King Ezekiel from the Saviors who invaded the Kingdom. "Winning just means we get tomorrow and maybe one more night," Carol says. "After that, no guarantees." Who Carol is talking to is unknown, however. Later in the trailer, Carol does get a bid of support from a member of the Kingdom's community.

"You versus all of them?" Nebila says. "They don't stand a chance."

Also featured in the trailer are Maggie looking out from the Hilltop's posts, Rosita fighting walkers in a swamp, Tara taking aim at Dwight (who swears to be an ally to Alexandria), and Michonne in the aftermath of Carl's death as walkers invade Alexandria.

"You are the enemy," Maggie tells one Savior in the Hilltop's prison.

Episode 8x09 of The Walking Dead will be titled, "Honor." The official synopsis for Honor reads, "Rick faces new difficulties after a battle. Meanwhile, the fight continues in other communities as core members face hard decisions." The "difficulties" in reference are likely Carl Grimes and his bite mark. The character will succumb to a walker bite when the AMC zombie drama returns, following up the attack on Alexandria lead by Negan in the Mid-Season finale episode. The "other communities" and their "hard decisions," however is in interesting bit of information.

The Walking Dead returns for the second half of its eighth season on February 25, 2018. Fear the Walking Dead will debut its fourth season after The Walking Dead concludes its eighth, at 10 pm ET on April 15. For complete coverage and insider info all year long, follow @BrandonDavisBD on Twitter.
