Jada Pinkett Smith Returning As Fish Mooney In Gotham Season 2

Jada Pinkett Smith will reprise her role as Fish Mooney for multiple episodes in the second half of Gotham Season 2 ComicBook.com has confirmed.

Mooney was last seen being pushed to what was assumed to be a watery grave by her former minion, the Penguin, though showrunner Bruno Heller always stopped short of saying she was gone for good. and star Ben McKenzie has hinted that fans may see some surprising returns this season.

The report hints that her return may somehow be connected to Hugo Strange and the experiments at Indian Hill, but it's unclear if that is speculation or a tease from TVLine's source

Gotham returns to Fox on Monday, Feb. 29.
