People's Choice Awards 2016: The Big Bang Theory Named Favorite TV Comedy

The Big Bang Theory has been named the Favorite TV Comedy at the 2016 People's Choice Awards.

The series' giant cast appeared on stage to accept the award, with Comedic TV Actress nominee Kaley Cuoco doing most of the talking. She thanked the fans, praised the show's writers, and said they hoped to be doing it for more years.

The Big Bang Theory won in a category where the other nominees were 2 Broke Girls, Mike & Molly,
Modern Family, and New Girl.
