Adam West may have died earlier this summer at the age of 88 following a battle with leukemia, but television's Batman left behind one final performance as the Caped Crusader.
Best Buy has listed an October 17th release date for the animated Batman Vs Two-Face, Newsarama reports. The film is the sequel to 2016's Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders. The films are set in the world of the 1960s Batman television series.
In addition to West's last turn as Batman, Batman Vs. Two-Face features William Shatner as the voice of Two-Face. Julie Newmar is expected to return as Catwoman while Burt Ward reprises his role as Robin.
The late West became a cultural icon for his portrayal of Batman, which proved to be a surprise hit for ABC when it premiered in 1966.
Warner Bros. has not confirmed the October 17th release date for the animated film.
