DC has provided ComicBook.com with an exclusive look at next week's Frostbite #6, the final issue of the acclaimed miniseries from writer Joshua Williamson and artist Jason Shawn Alexander.

The series is a bit of a sci-fi Western, which takes place after the world has rebuilt from an apocalyptic climate event.

"I didn't want our story to be set in the days after the end of the world," Williamson told ComicBook.com back in September. "The events of Frostbite occur years after humanity has survived and rebuilt. There are massive cities where people are living and thriving. I've compared it to Mad Max in the snow but even that would be more wasteland-like than Frostbite. The world has been rebuilt while dealing with the new Ice Age and people have moved on…but then along comes a new threat: a deadly disease nicknamed…Frostbite."

You can check out the official solicitation text below, and the preview pages in the attached image gallery.

The sense-shattering conclusion of the hit miniseries arrives with a bang! Keaton has been cast out of the convoy, but Vic's new allies are not to be trusted. If Keaton can take them out of the picture and get Vic to Alcatraz, can she even redeem herself?

Frostbite #6 is due in stores next Wednesday. Contact your local comic shop about getting a copy, or pre-order a digital copy here.
