Danielle Panabaker Teases Killer Frost Suit, and Shipping

Danielle Panabaker almost missed her panel at the C2E2 Comic Convention in Chicago as weather challenged the filming of The Flash.

Fortunately for fans of the hit CW show, she didn't as the actress shared a lot of juicy tidbits about Killer Frost.

"Twice in the last two weeks, we had to cancel the day of shooting because of weather in Vancouver because of rain and the wind." she said. "Friday was supposed to be the last day of filming so everybody was leaving; so we are literally watching the sun come up this morning and doing a 'night' shoot."

2017 has been a really big year for Panabaker's career with her introduction as Killer Frost in the new season of The Flash. She explains how excited she has been to wear the Killer Frost costume.

"I so excited," she said. "I've been like begging them since day one like, 'Guys, so when do I get a suit?'"

Panabaker felt that this year would have something to do with Killer Frost but teased that she had just gotten a 'new boyfriend' -- Julian Albert played by Tom Felton. The two have been on-again, off-again as at any point in time, one is a supervillain, however that could soon be changing into a steady thing.

"I got halfway through the season and I was like wait are our characters going to date," she said. "That's really bad news for you, I'm sorry."flash

When pressed on Caitlin and Killer Frost relationship Panabaker explains it's like an addiction.

"The way it was explained to me was it's like an addict and Killer Frost is someone who lives inside with Caitlin." Panabaker said. "She's got this bad person inside her and it's learning how to be in control with the help of the bracelets and necklace she can squish her."

Panabaker confirms that she had some say in the Killer Frosts vibe and look but was unable to give any details since those episodes hasn't aired yet.

However, she does tease that eagle-eyed watchers might have already spotter her earlier in the season.

"Earlier in the season, maybe episode 6, Cisco has a vibe where he sees vibe and killer frost fighting," she said. "You will see that again and close viewers will notice that this version of Killer Frost looks a little bit different."

The Flash comes back to air on Tuesday and will continue for the next five weeks before the season finale.
