Gotham Season 4 Comic-Con Panel Info Released

Greg Berlanti's slate of DC Comics-related television shows will have a huge presence at this year's San Diego Comic-Con, and with the synopses for every show on the CW revealed it's now time to turn to FOX and their sole offering, Gotham.

The Batman prequel series has focused on the rise of crime in Gotham City as Detectives Jim Gordon and Harvey Bullock attempt to rein in the chaos that now perpetuates throughout the city. A young orphaned Bruce Wayne has also gotten more and more involved, especially with the Season 3 finale pushing him closer toward his destined path of vigilanteism.

The show will be featured in a panel at the Indigo Ballroom on Saturday from 2:50 to 3:50, giving the fans in San Diego the first glimpse of what to expect when Season 4 premieres on FOX this fall.

Here's the official synopsis from FOX:

"Gotham's origin story continues to unfold, and as the show enters its fourth season, the stakes will be higher than ever! With the Court of Owls decimated, the aftermath of the Tetch virus crippling the city, and every (surviving) villain in Gotham's underworld jockeying for power, Jim Gordon and the GCPD will have their hands full. And that's just the beginning! What threat does Ra's al Ghul pose, and will Penguin regain his title as the King of Gotham? What new villains are in store for season four, and what does Bruce Wayne's season finale reveal mean for Gotham City — and his ultimate destiny? Be among the first to see what's in store for season four as Gotham returns to Comic-Con for a special video presentation, followed by a Q&A with series stars and producers."

Expect stars Ben McKenzie and David Mazouz to be in attendance. Donal Logue might be absent as he is tending to a family tragedy.
