'Justice League': New Photo Of Ben Affleck's Batman Released

There's just a few months standing between fans and Justice League these days. The much-anticipated flick is slated to debut later this November, and DC Films has just shared a new image of Ben Affleck donning Batman's iconic cowl.

Social media got a hold of the new promo earlier today, leaving fans on Twitter and Reddit to coo over the caped crusader. The photo, which can be seen below, shows Batman standing before a blurred grey background. Affleck's lips and chin can be seen peeking from underneath Batman's cowl, and fans appear to be feeling the new image so far.

After all, the photo's hooded background lends a certain mysteriousness to the hero. Batman's eyes are totally covered in darkness due to some obscured lighting, and Affleck's profile looks appropriately intimidating. The actor fits into the role naturally in this promo, and guys like the Scarecrow would think twice before stepping to Affleck's Batman.

Of course, there are fans who cannot help but compare the new promo for Justice League to those of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. If you look closely, you can spot a few differences between Batman's original DCEU suit and his newest costume. The cowl's ears were a bit rounded for Justice League, and its coloring is more matte black than satiny this time around. There's also a few extra facial wrinkles on the mask right above Batman's eyes, so the hero has a real deep furrow going on.

The countdown to Justice League's premiere grows closer with each passing day, and Warner Bros. is preparing to move forward with all its advertising. It was just last week when People revealed a brand-new still image from Justice League featuring Batman, Wonder Woman, and the Flash. Fans can expect goodies like these to continue dropping as the film draws nearer, and DCEU fans aren't complaining about the gifts one bit.
