Legends of Tomorrow White Canary Bo Staff Training Video

Superheroes never get off lightly, even when they are cast in popular TV shows like DC's Legends of Tomorrow.

Caity Lotz, who plays the role of White Canary in the Arrowverse, can probably kick your butt in real life, too.

She recently posted one of her training videos to her Instagram account showing off her killer skills with a bo-staff.

While we know that White Canary has a particular penchant for blood ever since she was reborn in a Lazarus Pit, actress Caity Lotz also that does most of her own stunt work at least when it comes to fighting.

In a recent interview with Cosmopolitan Magazine, she explained that she's been professionally trained in martial arts long before her comic book television show casting.

"All of the fighting I pretty much do. I have an awesome double, too, so for taking falls or getting hit or being thrown across the room or something, I'm like, 'Yeah, you go ahead. You do that one."

DC's Legends of Tomorrow returns to The CW on January 24, 2017 with "Raiders of the Lost Arc."
