Mars Attacks In This Exclusive Clip From Supergirl: "We Can Be Heroes"

Warner Bros. Television has provided ComicBook.com with an exclusive first look at a scene from tonight's episode of Supergirl, titled "We Can Be Heroes."
In the clip, Miss Martian is sitting in a containment cell at the DEO when she is psychically assaulted, apparently by other White Martians.
That would make sense, given that next week's episode, "The Martian Chronicles," centers on the other White Martians hunting her, and one infiltrating the DEO.
This is an interesting tease, though, considering that a teaser scene released yesterday appears to tease another mysterious villain for tonight's Supergirl, this one either manipulating or impersonating Livewire.
In "We Can Be Heroes," Livewire (guest star Brit Morgan) seemingly breaks out of prison, and Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) is intent on recapturing her. After training Mon-El (Chris Wood), Supergirl takes him with her when she sees Livewire attack the NCPD but things go awry when Mon-El puts Supergirl before the citizens of National City. Meanwhile, James (Mehcad Brooks) decides to come clean with Kara and M'Gann (guest star Sharon Leal), has a psychic attack and collapses into a coma.
Rebecca Johnson directed the episode written by Caitlin Parrish and Katie Rose Rogers.
Supergirl airs Monday nights at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW. "We Can Be Heroes" debuts tonight.
