Suicide Squad: #1 Movie In The World TV Spot Released
08/09/2016 08:57 pm EDT
Suicide Squad may not have great critical reviews, but no one can deny the box office: with around $135 million in its first weekend, it took first place in theaters by over $110 million against second place finisher Jason Bourne. The movie also has a B+ Cinema Score, taken from select polling of fans after they leave the theater, but the big test remains the second weekend and how much of a drop it will see.
To celebrate the huge weekend, the biggest ever in August, Warner Bros. has released a new "#1 in the World" TV Spot, with some positive review quotes thrown into the mix for good measure. Funny enough, it actually contains a second of footage of Jared Leto as The Joker that isn't in the movie, something that's become quite the point of contention for some fans.
Suicide Squad is in theaters now.
