Supergirl Meets the Arrowverse in First Crossover Video

The crossover is here. Yes, Supergirl, The Flash, Arrow, and Legends of Tomorrow are all coming together for a massive crossover, and if this first scene is any indication, it will be glorious. In the first clip from the episode, released by The CW via EW, Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) comes to Earth-1, hitching a ride with Vibe (Carlos Valdes) and The Flash (Grant Gustin), and meets the rest of the crew.

It's fairly adorable that all the casts stand alone in their own sections (aside from Felicity hanging with the Flash crew) of this warehouse they come into. Barry introduces Kara to the crew(s), who reveal they are recruiting her specifically because she's an alien. That's because the threat of the crossover is "Invasion," from the alien Dominators.

When she comes in, and is introduced as Supergirl, Firestorm asks what makes her so super, prompting her to hover up into the air and blast the ground with her heat vision, carving out the S shield. This makes Diggle say "I'm convinced" and Felicity, speaking for all of us, says "Best. Team-up. EVER!"

In "Invasion," the four series will crossover, teaming up to fight off an alien invasion from the Dominators, a race who wants to destroy all metahumans, who are a threat to their... dominance. Look, the name means exactly what it seems like, okay?

The Invasion kicks off with a bit of a prelude story on Supergirl on Monday, November 28, with the full crossover going across The Flash, Arrow, and Legends of Tomorrow throughout that week.

Aside from the just-for-fun "Fight Club" videos put out in-between seasons the last two summers, this is by far the most heroes they've ever assembled at one time on The CW. In the scene, we see fifteen characters, including the heroes Green Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, Firestorm, and more.

"Invasion" airs on The CW Monday-Thursday at 8pm from November 28 to December 1.
