"It's hope, J'onn. How can it be false?"

The CW Television Network has released another sneak peek from tomorrow's "Welcome to Earth" episode of Supergirl featuring former Wonder Woman star Lynda Carter as Madam President Olivia Marsdin.

After Supergirl rescued he from an attempted assassination, the president visits the Department of Extranormal Operations (DEO) to meet with Martian Manhunter/J'onn J'onzz (David Harewood) and to discuss her Alien Amnesty Act.

An attack is made on the President (guest star Lynda Carter) as hot-button, alien vs. human rights issues heat up in National City. Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) and the DEO are assigned to protect the President and bring in the responsible party. Alex (Chyler Leigh) teams up with Detective Maggie Sawyer (Floriana Lima) to investigate the case while Kara searches for a recently escaped Mon-El (Chris Wood), who she fears may be the alien behind the assault.

International Television Distribution, SUPERGIRL is executive produced by Greg Berlanti (Arrow, The Flash), Ali Adler (The New Normal), Andrew Kreisberg (The Flash, Arrow) and Sarah Schechter (Blindspot, The Mysteries of Laura). Supergirl is based on the characters created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster and appearing in DC Comics, by special arrangement with the Jerry Siegel Family.
