Deadpool 2: New Set Photos Show Ryan Reynolds In Full Costume

Deadpool 2 only just moved into production, but that does not mean Wade Wilson is taking things slow. The mouthy character has already gotten into pinches as seen in previously leaked set photos. And, now, a new batch of stills shows Ryan Reynolds getting into his raunchy role with Deadpool's full costume.

Over on Twitter, @Agent of Marvel shared some grainy photos take from the set of Deadpool 2. The pictures are starting to make their way around social media, giving fans a chance to dissect the mercenary's red-and-black look.

So far, it seems like Deadpool's suit is much the same as it was in his first movie outing. The character's twin swords are still strapped to his back, and Deadpool's utility belt is stocked with all sorts of firearms.

The set photos may not tell much about Deadpool in the way of costuming, but it does give a look at one filming location. The pictures were taken at night, and they appear to be set on a rooftop of some sort. Fans can see air conditioning units lining the film set as ventilation towers spread across a tiled ceiling. Deadpool is the only character seen in these new photos, so the character may be on the run or even part of a rooftop chase sequence.

As production on Deadpool 2 moves along, fans can expect more updates about the project. Last month, the film's first easter was spotted when a new production photo revealed a clever Alpha Flight reference in an inconspicuous ad. Aside from Deadpool candids, fans may eventually get their first-look at characters like Cable and Domino via set photos, so fans should keep their eyes peeled for new production updates as they roll out.
