Wolverine fans got a big thrill yesterday when Hugh Jackman revealed the offiical title of Wolverine 3, which is Logan. Jackman made the big PR move by tweeting out a picture of the Logan poster being hung up in New York City, which is hosting the 2016 New York Comic-Con (at the time of writing this).
Now you can see a better picture of the poster, along with Jackman himself posing in front of it, along with the location where you can find it:
After fan curiousity was baited by the Logan name reveal, more plot details about the film leaked out. The story takes place in 2024 with Logan having seemingly retired from Wolverine duty. The plotline involves a company called Transigen taking the mutant children around (births aren't happening that much anymore) and turning them into soldiers. Logan becomes involved when a mysterious child with claws just like his (two instead of three - hint, hint, hint,).
Logan hits theaters on March 3, 2017, followed by Deadpool 2 on January 12, 2018. Movie versions of Gambit, New Mutants and X-Force are still being developed.
