Marvel's Champions Live Blog With Mark Waid

Marvel NOW! is on the horizon, which means it's time to discover Marvel' "Next Big Thing": Champions #1, the first issue of a brand new series from writer Mark Waid and artist Humberto Ramos.

Champions features a new team of young heroes looking to make a difference in the world in their own unique way. The Champions lineup consists of former Avengers Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan), Spider-Man (Miles Morales), and Nova (Sam Alexander), along with new friends Viv Vision and the Hulk (Amadeus Cho). Rounding out the group is the young Cyclops, Scott Summers, who seems to have departed from the All-New X-Men.
