After opening with $179.1 million, Marvel's Captain America: Civil War went on to earn $1.14 billion at the worldwide box office, making it the highest-grossing film of 2016 domestically, internationally and globally—so far.

And now that its home release is complete, Marvel is rewarding its countless fans by releasing a large collection of concept art that their artists produced for the film and were included in Marvel's Captain America: Civil War: The Art of the Movie.

Some of the highlights include key frame art of Iron Man firing at HYDRA facility's silo, Scarlet Witch levitating Crossbones at the outdoor market in Lagos, Nigeria, and The Winter Soldier getting his bionic arm blown off, as well as alternate designs for Vision's casual wear.

Check them all out in our gallery at the bottom of the page.

Marvel's Captain America: Civil War finds Steve Rogers leading the newly-formed team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity, but after another incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability, headed by a governing body to oversee and direct the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers, resulting in two camps—one led by Steve Rogers and his desire for the Avengers to remain free to defend humanity without government interference, and the other following Tony Stark's surprising decision to support government oversight and accountability.

The film stars Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Emily VanCamp, Don Cheadle, Jeremy Renner, Chadwick Boseman, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Rudd and Frank Grillo, William Hurt and Daniel Brühl.

Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo and produced by Kevin Feige. Louis D'Esposito, Alan Fine, Victoria Alonso, Patricia Whitcher, Nate Moore and Stan Lee served as executive producers. The screenplay was written by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely.

Marvel's Captain America: Civil War is now available on Digital HD, 3D Blu-ray, Blu-ray, DVD, Digital SD and VOD.
