Patsy Walker Gets Caught In Jessica Jones Season 2 Set Photos

Though we're just a couple of months away from the Defenders imminent arrival to Netflix, Marvel Television is currently in production for the followup adventures for their heroes.

Punisher has wrapped and we're still waiting to hear about that release date, but filming on Jessica Jones Season 2 is currently underway in New York City.

Though the failed superhero-turned-private investigator will make some new allies in Defenders, she'll be returning to some old friends for her solo series. Some new photos featuring Krysten Ritter as the title character recently surfaced online courtesy of Russian site Exitus.

Trouble is on the horizon for Jones as well as her BFF Patsy Walker—played by Rachael Taylor—better known in the comics as Hellcat. Though she hasn't yet taken that moniker in the show, the last season lead to some superpowered developments for the character after her failed relationship with Will Simpson, played by Will Traval.

Doesn't look like super strength is helping either character out in these photos.

This isn't the first time Jones has been in handcuffs, as we saw in the first season of the series and as we'll see in the Defenders. But this is probably unfamiliar territory for Walker, a known talkshow host.

We'll find out how Jones and Walker find themselves on the wrong side of the law when Jessica Jones premieres (presumably) early next year. But we can next see them in Defenders, releasing August 18.

Marvel's The Defenders is developed by Douglas Petrie and Marco Ramirez. The miniseries will also feature Sigourney Weaver as the villain, Alexandra (Sigourney Weaver), and several recurring guest stars from Marvel's Daredevil, Marvel's Jessica Jones, Marvel's Luke Cage, and Marvel's Iron Fist, including Eka Darville as Malcolm Ducasse, Simone Missick as Misty Knight, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson, Carrie-Anne Moss as Jeri Hogarth, Scott Glenn as Stick, Rachael Taylor as Trish Walker, Rosario Dawson as Claire Temple, and Jessica Henwick as Colleen Wing.
