Karen Gillan Says Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2 Is Going To Be Really Brilliant
11/23/2015 02:36 pm EST
Karen Gillan is the former Doctor Who companion who plays Nebula, "daughter" of Thanos, in Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy.
During a panel at the Heroes & Villains Fan Fest this past weekend in San Jose, Gllan spoke about her experience with the first Guardians of the Galaxy, and her excitement for the sequel.
"I've read the script," Gillan said. "I haven't talked to anyone about it, which is, frankly, really frustrating, because I want to talk to everyone about it, but I can't. I just know it's going to be really brilliant, and I feel like everyone is going to like it."
Gillan's Nebula clearly has some unfinished business with her "sister" and Guardian of the Galaxy Gamora (played by Zoe Saldana). This a thread that will likely be picked up in Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 2.
As she mentions later in the panel, she's also unsure of how the sequel will handle her hair, having only just regrown after she shaved it off for the first film.
Check out when Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and other movies are coming out in ComicBook.com's Movie Release Schedule.
