Star Wars: Get An Up-Close Look At Darth Maul Sideshow Figure

Sideshow Collectibles has become one of the most popular source for premium collectibles, bringing to life characters from all across pop culture.

And now, they've unveiled the newest look at their rendition of one of the Star Wars universe's most popular villains - Darth Maul.

The Darth Maul Premium Format Figure has been highly anticipated amongst fans for quite some time. But thanks to a new set of production photos, fans can finally see the intricate details of the 19.5 inch figure.

"Darth Maul may be one of the greatest villains to emerge from the Star Wars universe. A figure cloaked in shadow, he broadcasts his intentions through his terrifying tattooed visage, leaving little to the imagination. It is no wonder that Sidious chose Maul as his apprentice.

Our Darth Maul Premium Format™ Figure captures the highly detailed likeness of Ray Park as the feared Sith. From a tattooed face beneath a crown of thorns, his gleaming yellow eyes pierce onlookers, while his stance - light-up double-bladed lightsaber clenched in hand - is one of absolute power and control. Wrapped in a fabric costume, the piece begins to exude the grace and intensity of this imposing character."

Sideshow also offered an exclusive edition of the figure, which featured an interchangeable hand holding the character's severed lightsaber. Sadly, that limited run of 750 pieces is already sold out, but the standard edition is still available for purchase.

If you'd like to own the Darth Maul Premium Format figure, it is currently available for pre-order through Sideshow's website, and will cost $519.99. The figure is expected to ship sometime within the next month, so get ready to add it to your collection.
