Every Match Announced for AEW Dynamite's Oct. 28 Episode and NXT's Halloween Havoc

NXT North American Championship: Damian Priest vs. Johnny Gargano
Gargano will once again challenge Priest to try and become a two-time North American Champion. Priest retained in their first match at TakeOver 31, but this time a special stipulation will be determined via "Spin the Wheel, Make the Deal."
TNT Championship: Cody Rhodes vs. Orange Cassidy — Lumberjack Match
A rematch between Rhodes and Cassidy was confirmed after their first match went to a time-limit draw. But after John Silver's comments about wanting to attack Rhodes and avenge Brodie Lee, Tony Khan made the match a Lumberjack Match in order to keep The Dark Order from interfering.
NXT Women's Championship: Io Shirai vs. Candice LeRae
Just like Gargano/Priest, LeRae will get a rematch from TakeOver 31 with a stipulation added in via the wheel.
AEW World Championship Eliminator Tournament: Kenny Omega vs. Penta El Zero M
Rey Fenix beat Penta to advance to the semifinals last week, but he suffered an injury during the bout that left him unable to compete. He gave his spot in the tournament to Penta after some convincing from Eddie Kingston
Haunted House of Terror Match
Cameron Grimes has been bullying Dexter Lumis for weeks, and now their feud will culminate in a new type of match.
AEW World Championship Eliminator Tournament: Hangman Page vs. Wardlow
Hangman Page defeated Colt Cabana in the first round, while Wardlow picked up his ninth consecutive win by beating Jungle Boy in the first match of the tournament.
Rhea Ripley vs. Raquel Gonzalez
The two most physically imposing wrestlers in NXT's Women's Division will collide in a one-on-one match after months of feuding.
NWA World Women's Championship: Serena Deeb vs. Leyla Hirsch
Deeb defeated Thunder Rosa for the NWA Women's title earlier this week and will make her first defense as champion on Dynamite
Santos Escobar vs. Jake Escobar
Atlas has been one of the many cruiserweight trying to oppose Escobar and Legado Del Fantasma, and now he'll get a one-on-one shot in a non-title match.
The Inner Circle Town Hall
Despite their outstanding musical number, Chris Jericho still hasn't decided if MJF will join The Inner Circle. The faction will host a "town hall meeting" on Dynamite to see how "people on the street" feel about the idea.
Pat McAfee Promo
Pat McAfee returned to NXT last week to help Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch capture the NXT Tag Team Championships. He'll appear on the show again this week to celebrate with his new associates, and The Undisputed Era will likely appear as well.
Eddie Kingston vs. Matt Sydal
Kingston is gearing up for his I Quit Match against AEW World Champion Jon Moxley, while Sydal will be competing on a normal episode of AEW Dynamite for the first time since arriving at All Out.
The Young Bucks and FTR Interview
The Young Bucks earned a shot at FTR's AEW World Tag Team Championships last week, only for the champs and Tully Blanchard to attack them both and seriously injure Matt Jackson's knee. The Bucks promise a special announcement during their sit-down interview with FTR and Excalibur.
