Batmobile Spotted on Suicide Squad Set

Ben Affleck's Batmobile from Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice has been spotted on the set of Suicide Squad.

This follows earlier reports of Ben Affleck being spotted in Toronto -- but not on set, so the idea of Batman appearing in the Joker-and-Harley-centric film were up to now purely speculation.

Fury's David Ayer will direct the film, which stars Jared Leto as The Joker, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Will Smith as Deadshot, Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang, Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flag, Jay Hernandez as El Diablo, Djimon Hounsou as Killer Croc and Cara Delevingne as Enchantress. Viola Davis will play Amanda Waller. Common will play an as-yet-unidentified role. Ed Harris and Jackie Earle Haley are rumored to appear as well.

Suicide Squad is expected to start shooting this month for a release on August 5, 2016.
