5 Villains We'd Like to See Join the Legion of Doom on Legends of Tomorrow

Heat Wave

Possibly the most obvious choice on this list, we were first introduced to Mick Rory as he was one of Barry Allen's antagonists on The Flash. Seemingly coming over to the light side, Heat Wave went on to join the Legends of Tomorrow as the newest CW show started kicking off.

Over the past few episodes, we've seen Mick struggling with visions of his former pal Leonard Snart/Captain Cold. In tonight's episode, we saw the issue come to a head as Mick sought out the assistance of Dr. Martin Stein in helping him out with his problems.

Should we continue seeing Mick have these delusions, perhaps it will eventually push him over the edge enough for him to break bad and become a villain in the Arrowverse once more.

Captain Cold

The last time we saw Leonard Snart alive was in the season one finale as he sacrificed himself to help bring the reign of the Timemasters regime to an end. Mick's visions have been a bit peculiar as of recent in terms of timing and with Barry messing all sorts of things up and creating Flashpoint, it's not entirely out of reason to assume that Snart is alive in this timeline.

One of the original members of the Legion of Doom in Challenge of the Super Friends, everything has been starting to put itself in place over the course of this season for Snart to find himself a member in the Arrowverse.Combine his "OG" status with the fact that he's practically the arch-nemesis of The Flash, we should be seeing Captain Cold remain in the Arrowverse in some shape, way, or form for quite some time to come.

Sinestro

Here's the first entry on our list that has yet to be introduced to the Arrowverse and more likely than not, it's also the longest shot. But the reason for Sinestro's inclusion is fairly simple and easy to follow.

For those unfamiliar with the Green Lantern side of DC Comics, Sinestro is a supervillain that has been the long-time nemesis of Hal Jordan and the Green Lantern Corps. A former member of the Green Lantern Corps, Sinestro was dishonorably discharged for his misuse of powers and he's essentially been hell-bent on revenge ever since.

The reason for his inclusion? With the addition of Supergirl to the CW, it's been proven that we're able to get big time crossovers at least once a season. Also with Supergirl comes a whole other cosmic side of the universe that we haven't seen with Arrow or The Flash. With Green Lantern being a big-time fan-favorite, there's always the possibility we see the inclusion of any of the cosmic-based members of the Green Lantern Corps.

Bizarro

It wasn't until this second of season of Supergirl that we saw the inclusion of the Man of Steel in the Arrowverse. Portrayed by actor Tyler Hoechlin, Superman appeared in a few episodes of Supergirl this season and there aren't any immediate plans to include the character in any future episodes of any Arrowverse shows.

Enter Bizaro. Often referred to as a carbon copy of the Man of Steel, Bizzaro and Superman share the same exact powers - the main difference? Bizzaro lacks the moral compass we find with his Kryptonian counterpart.Bizaro was one of the original members of the Legion of Doom in Challenge of the Super Friends and his inclusion in the Arrowverse as a member of the Legion of Doom could fill the void left by a Superman-less universe.

Gorilla Grodd

The last we saw of him, he was lured into a jungle sanctuary on Earth-2 but thanks to an Easter Egg in tonight's episode of The Flash, it's definitely possible we haven't seen the last of Grogg. As Barry and Cisco were in a possible future doing some super-sleuthing, a news report came across the TV where we find out a gorilla attack recently took place in town.

While we're more than likely to see him on The Flash, there's always hope in the Arrowverse with crossovers. Much like Captain Cold and Bizzaro, Grodd was an original member of the Legion of Doom in Challenge of the Super Friends so it's entirely plausible we could get a Grodd cameo when the Legion of Doom materializes and expands its membership.
