Arrow: Stephen Amell Teases Upcoming Olicity Reveal

Both Felicity and Oliver have full plates at the moment, with Prometheus, Helix, and Black Siren all vying for their attention. That doesn't mean though that fans will ever lose interest in a possible reunion romantically between the two, and that doesn't appear to be changing anytime soon.

Arrow star Stephen Amell spoke to EW about that very thing, saying "Being in the fifth season of the show, we can let things burn slowly," Stephen Amell says. "I know that a lot of people who have been watching the show have been getting impatient is one word, upset is another, hopeless is the strongest way to put it, but at the same time, it's our fifth season, we can take our time with things. Oliver and Felicity, whatever happened between them in between our fourth and our fifth season, and the reason that they have been where they are right now throughout the course of the season, we get a chance to explain it."

There's not much time left for season 5 though, as the season finale is quickly approaching. The way Amell is talking though that thread could be taken into season 6, which the show has already been renewed for.

The most recent episode, titled "Disbanded" aired on Wednesday, March 29. You can read the synopsis below:

Diggle (David Ramsey) and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) are shocked by Oliver's (Stephen Amell) decision to call on the Bratva to help take down Prometheus (Josh Segurra). Concerned the Bratva may overstep, Diggle has a hard conversation with Oliver about what happens if things go south. Meanwhile, Felicity learns something shocking at Helix.

J.J. Makaro directed the episode written by Rebecca Bellotto.

Based on the characters from DC, ARROW is from Bonanza Productions Inc. in association with Berlanti Productions and Warner Bros.
