While footage often leaks out or is later released to the public from San Diego Comic-Con events and panels, there is something about being in the room when new footage is shown, especially if the reaction is overwhelmingly positive.

That can safely be said of this year's Comic-Con, where Warner Bros. and DC Films debuted the first footage from Zack Snyder's Justice League. The footage was released shortly afterward to the public on sites like YouTube, but unless you were there it was hard to get a sense of the initial reaction until now.

YouTube user Matt Cruse released some footage he captured during the panel and showing a real time reaction to the significantly more light-hearted footage of Justice League. The winning moments included Aquaman's debut toward the beginning (played by Jason Momoa) and that Batman (Ben Affleck) and The Flash (Ezra Miller) scene elicited an uproar from the crowd.

You can watch the video above.

In Justice League, fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman's selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Justice League is directed by Zack Snyder, from a screenplay by Chris Terrio, and features an ensemble cast that includes Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Ciarán Hinds, Amy Adams, Diane Lane, Jeremy Irons and Jesse Eisenberg.
