Sean Pertwee Would Love The Gotham Cast To Make A Batman Movie

The world of FOX's Gotham definitely has a cinematic flavor to it, but could it lead to a full-on Gotham film?

That was the topic of interest at Heroes and Villains Fan Fest this weekend. A fan asked Alfred actor Sean Pertwee if the cast would be interested in playing their roles in a Batman movie, and Pertwee seems fascinated by the idea.

"Absolutely. I would love nothing more than to be involved in a cinematic version. The end of this season when they had the two episodes together, that was almost like a movie and I'd like to see more of that."

The DCEU has been kept separate from the various television universes, including FOX's Gotham and The CW's Arrowverse. That said, who knows, maybe a Gotham film could be in the cards for the cast, seeing as the series has proven quite popular with fans.

In fact, maybe the producers could save the big Joker debut for the big screen. It's not likely, but certainly interesting.

You can view the official description for Gotham below.
