Gotham Season Finale Clip: Lucius Believes Hugo Strange Has An Antidote

Harvey trusts Gordon to continue working even though he is infected with the virus.

With Jim now infected and the Tetch bomb going off in the penultimate episode last Monday, Gotham needs an anitdote. Instead of having to ask Lucius to whip up one, the Court of Owls apparently had a safeguard for just in case a member of the organization inadvertently got infected.

"I was going through the papers you recovered from the Owl leader's house," Lucius explains to Harvey and Jim. "They suggest that while Strange was working to weaponize the Tetch virus, he was also working on a parallel project tailoring different anti-viral agents to his own ends. Strange was designing an antidote."

Now, they just need to locate Strange's whereabouts before the city tears itself apart.

DESTINY AWAITS - With the deadly virus spreading throughout the city, the search for the antidote continues, as Fish Mooney (guest star Jada Pinkett Smith), The Riddler and Penguin reveal plans of their own. Bruce meets Ra's Al Ghul (guest star Alexander Siddig) and completes his last task in order to fulfill his destiny, but realizes he can't let go of his past. Meanwhile, Gordon tries to win back Lee, and past alliances within Gotham City are broken, while new alliances are formed.

The all-new, special two-hour "Heroes Rise: Destiny Calling/ Heroes Rise: Heavydirtysoul" season finale episode of GOTHAM airing Monday, June 5 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.
