New Jesse & Cassidy Posters Recreate Preacher Comic Book Covers

New posters for AMC's Preacher, released by showrunner Seth Rogen, recreate two of Glenn Fabry's classic covers from Garth Ennis and Steve Dillon's Preacher comic book series.
The first poster features Dominic Cooper's Jesse Custer is striking nearly the same pose as the character did on the first issue of Preacher (April, 1995). While in the second poster, Joseph Gilgun's Cassidy is positioned just as the Irish vampire was on the cover of Preacher #26 (June, 1997).

Preacher is a supernatural, twisted and darkly comedic drama that follows a West Texas preacher named Jesse Custer, who is inhabited by a mysterious entity that causes him to develop a highly unusual power. Jesse, his badass ex-girlfriend Tulip and an Irish vagabond named Cassidy come together and when they do, they are thrust into a crazy world populated by a cast of characters from Heaven, Hell and everywhere in between.
Preacher will premiere Sunday, May 22nd on AMC.
