Possible New Look at Superman's Black Suit in Justice League

Warner Bros. knows that you know Superman is going to be involved in Justice League, but they are still being coy about the fact that you know they know you know. Not confusing at all right?

Good, glad everyone's on the same page. Henry Cavill's been absent from most of the Justice League photos and stills released thus far, which makes sense since he's technically not among the living just yet after the events of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Since director Zack Snyder is very much a fan of iconic comic imagery, it stands to reason he will work in Superman coming back from the dead into the main plot of Justice League, and you can't do that without the black suit.

A blurry image of Superman wearing a much darker suit than normal is making the rounds on the internet, and many are saying it's Superman's black suit. As you can see in the tweet below, the image is incredibly blurry, so it's hard to make out details, details like if that color is actually black and not just Snyderblue, a custom color set that takes all colors and puts as much gray in them as possible. The thing is the cape looks even darker by comparison, so make of that what you will.

The other main criticism is the hands, specifically that they're much bigger than the cuffs, leading some to believe it's a photoshop shop. Nothing has been confirmed yet of course, but if this is the look they're going with in the film, are you excited to see what Snyder does with it?

In Justice League, fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman's selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

is directed by Zack Snyder, from a screenplay by Chris Terrio, and features an ensemble cast that includes Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Ciarán Hinds, Amy Adams, Diane Lane, Jeremy Irons and Jesse Eisenberg. Justice League hits theaters on November 11, 2017, while Logan lands in theaters on March 3, 2017.
