Snapper Carr Interviews Supergirl in Exodus Synopsis

The CW has released the official synopsis for "Exodus," the forthcoming fifteenth episode of Supergirl's season 2.

As Alex (Chyler Leigh) searches for Jeremiah (guest star Dean Cain) and Kara (Melissa Benoist) investigates a series of alien kidnappings, the sisters realize they must break the rules to foil a new Cadmus plot. In an effort to get Snapper Carr (guest star Ian Gomez) to run a story that would help her stop Cadmus, Kara agrees to set up an interview between Snapper and Supergirl.

Michael Allowitz directed the episode written by Paula Yoo & Eric Carrasco.

This will be the second consecutive week that guest star Dean Cain will be back in the mix, following "Homecoming," in which he escapes Cadmus but the ease with which he does so makes Mon-El suspicious that something may not be on the level.

It's not an unreasonable question: after all, at one point Lillian Luthor had teased Kara that Jeremiah was no longer what he was, and that he wouldn't be loyal to her. When the chips were down, though, he helped Supergirl and Mon-El to escape from Cadmus and stayed behind, sacrificing his freedom for theirs...

...right?

It could theoretically all be a long game played by Luthor, Cadmus, Jeremiah, and whoever else is involved (perhaps Teri Hatcher's mystery big bad?).

That might explain why Alex is searching for him again so soon after his return.

The "Exodus" episode of Supergirl airs Monday, March 6 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
