CW's Arrow has had a number of villains come and go in its five years of production.

From Damien Darhk to Deathstroke, the DC Comics adaptation has not shied away from any type of villain. However, Olivwer Queen actor Stephen Amell can still pick a favorite after so many years of defeating the bad guys.

During a panel at Heroes & Villains Fan Fest over the weekend, Amell was asked to name his favorite villains from Arrow. He did just that.

"I thought Manu Bennet in season 2 did a marvelous, marvelous job," Amell started. "I don't think of John [Barrowman] as a villain so much, maybe because I know him, but I thought that also that the personal elemenet between Oliver and Adrian, and just the fact that we were able to button up so much of the story and so many of the things..."

In fact, it was a fan's comment on Amell's Facebook page which helped guide his decision regarding favorite villain.

"Someone put a comment on my page," Amell said. "They're like, 'You gotta check out this guy's page for the reaction video!' I didn't really know about reaction videos and then I ended up on a deep dive all the way to the season finale, and I swear to god, a man and a woman, everyone as they were watching the final scenes they went, 'Full circle! Full circle! Full circle!' And that, to me, meant a lot. So, I think that Josh [Segarra] and the Promtheus villain probably fit the very best into a season but I think that from an iconic standpoint, it's certainly the best one."

Many fans will likely agree with Amell's selection as Prometheus was part of the most recent seasons which has earned much adoration. Arrow recently wrapped is fifth season with a shocking cliffhanger that teased tragic fates for multiple characters. We'll find out how it will all turn out when the series returns for Season 6 this fall on the CW.
