'The Gifted' Episode 2 Photos Reveal New Mutants, Green Hair For Polaris

The Gifted, Fox's new X-Men TV series, finally premieres its first episode next Monday. Fortunately, it looks as though the network is giving fans an eye into the future, releasing a whole batch of photos from the show's second episode.

The episode, which is titled "rX" and scheduled to air on October 9th, looks like it will include more than a couple references and nods to the X-Men comics. There are also a couple of new mutants that have yet to be named.

In these photos, Polaris has landed herself in a mutant prison, which is to be expected after she was taken by Sentinel services. While there, you can tell that she's interacting with some other mutants who don't resemble humans quite as well as she does.

These images also give you the first look at Roderick Campbell, played by Garret Dillahunt. As the series goes on, Campbell will end up becoming the X-Men villain known as Ahab and play the role of the show's main antagonist.

You can see all 21 new photos in the gallery below, and you can tune into to The Gifted when it premieres on October 2nd at 9 p.m. on Fox.
