Playing a superhero is hard, but it clearly has its rewards. Gal Gadot is no stranger to the pressure that comes with tackling blockbusters, but the actress has seen how rewarding her work is. This weekend, the star will return to theaters as she reprises her role as Wonder Woman in the heroine's first live-action standalone. Recently, Gadot and her co-stars had the opportunity to surprise DCEU fans at a local Wonder Woman screening, and you can now watch the adorable moment for yourself.

Over on Twitter, @ChrisPineOnline shared a video which Gadot took as she and her co-stars visited a NYC theater. The star can be seen walking down a hallway with Chris Pine as the pair follow director Patty Jenkins to a showing of Wonder Woman. The stars were surrounded by theater officials and film producers, but Gadot could only focus on meeting her fans.

The video, which can be seen below, then shows Gadot and Pine as the pair enter the theater to deafening screams. The screening appeared to be sold-out as there was no empty seats seen, and a large female audience was present to see Wonder Woman's solo debut. Gadot filmed herself cheering and waving at fans before she took to the front of the room for a brief speech.

The Wonder Woman star is not the only superhero actress surprise fans at a theater screening. In the Marvel world, Chris Evans and Tom Holland have snuck into cinemas before to screen their superhero outings with fans. Director James Gunn has always made a point to view the Guardians of the Galaxy films with his legion of film followers. Then, in the DCEU, Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill have surprised fans as well for Batman and Superman flicks.
