Wonder Woman continues to be the gift that keeps on giving. After breaking records at the box-office, the film is set to debut on home video later this fall as its Blu-ray goes on sale this September. The release will contain a never-before-seen bonus scene which was just partially shared online. From the looks of it, the clip appears to set up a major bit of Justice League.

As you can see below, Yahoo Movies shared an exclusive clip of the Wonder Woman epilogue not too long ago. The footage follows Etta Candy as the headstrong woman tracks down Diana's former WWI trope at a bar.

"How did I think I would find you here in this charming establishment?" Etta remarks before taking a seat. When the former secretary is asked what she's doing, Etta confesses she has a job for the renegade crew.

"This is our first mission, top secret. The war is over, but the good fight goes on. After the bombings in Liège along the western Belgian front, the powers at be found something," she reveals.

"It's very old. It's very powerful. They want us to recover the artifact and deliver it to the Americans. I mean, we don't want it in the wrong hands, do we?"

If you are familiar, Etta's words should trigger a few alarms. With WWI at a close, the British are trying to get back to normal life, but a mysterious artifact as got the country's government worried. Etta's team has been hired to get the item to the Americans for what fans assume is more testing, and the DCEU fandom is sure the object is a Mother Box.

Mother Boxes will play a major role in Justice League as the items are being sought after by Steppenwolf on behalf of Darkseid. The other-worldly objects contain unprecedented technology, and they were originally owned by Darkseid before the villain lost them during his army's first invasion of Earth. Three Mother Boxes were split between the Atlanteans, Amazons, and humans as the factions were the ones who fought against Steppenwolf's siege the first time around. The baddie will be on a warpath to reclaim the cubes in Justice League, and Wonder Woman may reveal just how mankind's Mother Box wound up in the U.S.

After all, fans know the Mother Box wound up in the hands of Silas Stone. DCEU lore suggests S.T.A.R. Labs found one of the Mother Boxes in the 1980s, and Silas used the object to help his injured son Victor. The trailers for Justice League show Silas coming under attack by Parademons because he was the last to possess mankind's Mother Box, so it is probably a good thing Etta and her team will remove the object from England.
