New Wonder Woman Sneak Peek Shows Film's Action and Humor

03/10/2017 09:04 pm EST

In preparation for tomorrow's unveiling of the new Wonder Woman trailer, DC has released several sneak peeks to get fans hyped up. And the newest one, just posted a little while ago, is no exception.

For the most part, the trailer showcases footage that fans have previously seen before. Diana Prince (Gal Gadot) is seen dodging bullets on a World War I battlefield, crashing through a window, and blocking electricity with her gauntlets.

But juxtaposed with her powerful voice over, in which she announces that her foe's reign of terror on the world is over, the sneak peek becomes even more badass. It is unclear if she is speaking to Doctor Maru (Elena Anaya) or General Erich Ludendorff (Danny Huston), given that both have clear motivations to go against the Princess of Themyscira.

The end of the sneak peek is a particular highlight, as Diana is seen in street clothes, trying to carry her sword and shield through what appears to be a revolving door. She is quickly confronted by Steve Trevor (Chris Pine) and Etta Candy (Lucy Davis), who tell her to ditch the weapons not because of their power, but because they don't match her wardrobe.

The promotional footage from this film has often highlighted the humor, which is sure to be a welcome addition to some of the DCEU's naysayers. We're certainly excited to see what other comedic moments - as well as awesome action sequences - will be present in tomorrow's trailer.

Are you excited for Wonder Woman to hit theaters? It's currently ranked low in our Anticipation Rankings, so be sure to vote and help it rise to the top!

Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers…and her true destiny.

Joining Gadot in the international cast are Chris Pine, Connie Nielsen, Robin Wright, David Thewlis, Danny Huston, Elena Anaya, Ewen Bremner and Saïd Taghmaoui. Patty Jenkins directs the film from a screenplay by Allan Heinberg and Geoff Johns, story by Zack Snyder and Allan Heinberg, based on characters from DC Entertainment. Wonder Woman was created by William Moulton Marston.

Wonder Woman will be in theaters on June 2, 2017.
