Bandai Namco revealed today that Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will indeed be launching for the Nintendo Switch in North American on September 22. The game has been out since last October on other platforms, but the Nintendo Switch will have some exclusive features that make the game worth checking out -- not the least of which being the ability to take the game on the go and get your Dragon Ball fix whenever and wherever you want!

Additionally, the Nintendo Switch version will features options to use motion controls to pull off some of the most iconic moves in the Dragon Ball universe. You know when you're home alone you're totally going to use motion controls to pull off a Kamehameha or Spirit Bomb. You'll also be able to gather some friends and duke it out with multiple Nintendo Switches via ad-hoc multiplayer. Local battles using two Joy-Con and one system are also possible.

"Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 builds upon the highly popular Dragon Ball Xenoverse with enhanced graphics that will further immerse players into the largest and most detailed Dragon Ball world ever developed. Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 for Nintendo Switch includes Nintendo Switch-specific features and a different way of playing with your friends both locally and online."
