Halloween Gaming: All Halloween Updates And Events Going On Now

This is Halloween, this is Halloween, Halloween, HALLOWEEN! It's time to get into the spirit of this spooky, festive time of year and what better way to do that than with combining gaming and Halloween itself? From Overwatch, to For Honor, even The Elder Scrolls Online - there are tons of events out there for every kind of gamer. To help decide which one is best for you, we've compiled a list of what's going on now and what's on the horizon for all of your Halloween gaming pleasures. Let's get started with a few of our favourites and lead into the full list so far (updated accordingly, of course).

Overwatch:

"Get ready for a show!" Get down with some of your favourite heroes in Blizzard's hit FPS Overwatch to unlock new skins, experience favourite maps with a festive twist, and take part in a unique Halloween event in Arcade Mode! New legendary skins are also available for Symettra, Mei, Zenyatta, McCree, Reaper, and more! The Halloween Terror event is going on now until November 2nd.

The Elder Scrolls Online:

The Witches Festival is back and ready for action in the online MMORPG The Elder Scrolls. Not only can players earn double the amount of experience during The Witches Festival, but there are plenty of Halloween-centric events happening in-game as well! Festive loot, spooky environmentals, and even unique cosmetic options are all available for a limited amount of time starting now until November 1st.

Minecraft:

The Minecraft Halloween Spooktacular Event is going on now and it's incredibly festive and brimming with Halloween delight. The official servers are jammed packed with extensive activities to celebrate and loads of new content. There are even haunted houses! For those that enjoy a little PvP action, there is also the Haunted SkyWare map available with many ways to fight to the death ... now with pumpkins!

The event is going now until October 31st.

Killing Floor 2:

The Halloween Horrors content update for Killing Floor 2 brings with it a lot of new additions to the game, including a new map to bring a little "insanity" into the mix. The new map is within the nightmares of Boozo the Clown and traps players within his mind clawing their way out. It also houses a few additional achievements to unlock for those hardcore completionists out there.

New cosmetic options, new waeapons, and more are all available within Halloween Horrors, as well as King Fleshpound permanently joining the list of bosses faced.
