AIDA Prepares to Carve Up Superior in Agents Of SHIELD Sneak Peek

Will AIDA choose to save Superior? Find out in this latest clip from next Tuesday's "Self Control" episode of Marvel's Agents of SHIELD.

The Superior has a strong dislike for Inhumans, LMDs, and human beings that don't share that hatred. He's gone out of his way to be cruel to AIDA even though she and her creator, Dr. Radcliffe, have been instrumental in helping the Watchdogs further their morally reprehensible crusade.

After sustaining life-threatening injuries after getting clobbered by Quake, Superior's life is now in AIDA's robotic hands. He's actually content with dying, but in order to protect the Framework, she needs to keep him alive - no matter what it takes.

He becomes visibly upset and tells her, "I don't want to live as a festering cripple. And you better not be talking about mesing with my brain. I don't want to be a thing like you."

"Don't worry," she replies, as she shows him an electric saw. "You'll be many things."

SHIELD IS OVERRUN BY LMDs; THERE IS NO ONE TO TRUST - Suspicion turns to paranoia when the team doesn't know who can be trusted as more LMDs infiltrate SHIELD.

The regular cast features Clark Gregg as Agent Phil Coulson, Ming-Na Wen as Agent Melinda May, Chloe Bennet as Daisy Johnson, Iain De Caestecker as Agent Leo Fitz, Elizabeth Henstridge as Agent Jemma Simmons, Henry Simmons as Agent Alphonso "Mack" MacKenzie, and John Hannah as Holden Radcliffe.

The guest cast includes Natalia Cordova-Buckley as Elena "Yo-Yo" Rodriguez, Jason O'Mara as Director Jeffrey Mace, Mallory Jansen as Aida 2.0, Briana Venskus as Agent Piper, Maximilian Osinki as Agent Davis, Zach McGowan as The Superior, Ricardo Walker as Agent Prince, and Cantrell Harris as Agent Fisher.

"Self Control" was written and directed by Jed Whedon.

Marvel's Agents of SHIELD airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET on ABC.
