Avengers: Infinity War, Black Panther Now Casting Extras In Atlanta

Casting directors for Avengers: Infinity War and Black Panther are currently looking for people to fill roles for filming taking place the first week of April and the second week of February, respectively.

A new casting call courtesy of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution states that the latest Avengers film is currently casting men and women of all ethnicities for background roles, ages 18-50.

They state they're especially looking for "men with long hair and beards."

Interesting and worthy of note, the call states that potential extras will "need to be comfortable with fake blood and with wearing special effects makeup," and be available for multiple costume fittings and makeup tests.

These details, coupled with the request to subject application emails with the word "VIKING," could mean that people are applying for a battle scene.

Black Panther's casting notice requests actors of Asian decent, looking for men and women ages 25 to 85.

The notice requests actors to "portray upscale guests and staff at a very nice event. Roles include a bartender, card/game dealers, a beautiful female hostess and event guests."

This seems to indicate they're trying to fill spaces for a party or closed-doors event with 'high rollers.'

Joe and Anthony Russo's Avengers: Infinity War recently began production with cast members from Guardians of the Galaxy reporting to be shooting their scenes.

Ryan Coogler's Black Panther began production around the same time, revealing an impressive cast list with a who's who of stars in Hollywood participating in the film.

Check out the casting lists if you live in the area and would like to participate in Marvel Studios' latest productions.

Black Panther is set to hit theaters on February 16, 2018

Avengers: Infinity War is scheduled for release on May 4, 2018.
