Coulson And Director Mace Reference Star Wars In New Agents Of SHIELD Clip

Marvel Entertainment has released the first clip from this Tuesday's "The Good Samaritan" episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., and it features Agent Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg) and Director Jeffrey Mace (Jason O'Mara) having an intense conversation that includes references to two Star Wars characters: Han Solo and Admiral Ackbar.

"Agent Coulson greets Director Mace as he boards the Zephyr with the intention to to take Daisy (Chloe Bennet) and Robbie (Gabriel Luna) into custody," reads the clip's description. "Coulson plays ignorant while Mack (Henry Simmons) ushers Daisy, Robbie and Gabe into a containment module before Mace finds them."

The regular cast features Clark Gregg as Agent Phil Coulson, Ming-Na Wen as Agent Melinda May, Chloe Bennet as Daisy Johnson, Iain De Caestecker as Agent Leo Fitz, Elizabeth Henstridge as Agent Jemma Simmons, and Henry Simmons as Agent Alphonso "Mack" MacKenzie.

The guest cast includes Jason O'Mara as Director Jeffrey Mace, Gabriel Luna as Robbie Reyes, Lorenzo James Henrie as Gabe Reyes, Maximilian Osinski as Agent Davis, Patrick Cavanaugh as Burrows, Jose Zuniga as Eli Morrow, Kerr Smith as Joseph Bauer, Lili Birdsell as Lucy Bauer, Dan Donohue as Frederick, Ward Roberts as Hugo, Usman Ally as Vincent, and Shaun Clay as Tac Agent Wilder.

"The Good Samaritan" was written by Jeffrey Bell and directed by Billy Gierhart.
