Deadpool Invades Disney Classics

Disney's animated films are considered classics in many circles, but would they have all been better with Deadpool thrown in the mix?

That's the question that a new YouTube video seeks to answer. Created by Fairly Odd Parents creator Butch Hartman, Disney films from all eras get the Deadpool treatment, including classics like Steamboat Willie, Frozen, Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, Snow White, and Aladdin, amongst many others.

Gaston's got nothing on Wade Wilson, and Jasmine doesn't seem too concerned that Aladdin was kicked off the magic carpet. Those pale in comparison to The Lion King, though, where Rafiki's big message of hope takes on a whole different meaning when Simba is swapped out for the merc with a mouth. Though surprisingly his Frozen look actually works quite well. Who knew right?

Once Deadpool finishes crashing these Disney favorites he can focus on his upcoming sequel, which is currently sitting at a 4.14 out of 5 on ComicBook.com's anticipation rankings.

Based upon Marvel Comics' most unconventional anti-hero, Deadpool tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.

Deadpool is directed by Tim Miller and written by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick. Deadpool stars Ryan Reynolds, Morena Baccarin, Ed Skrein, T.J. Miller, Gina Carano, Leslie Uggams, Brianna Hildebrand and Stefan Kapičić.

Deadpool's Holiday Blu-ray package is now available and retails for $25.99. Deadpool 2 is expected to begin filming next year and is due out January 12, 2018.
