Spotted by the son of one of the film's concept artists, Bob Cheshire, one of the mistakes in the production concerns a scene taking place in the Sanctum Sanctorum.

You can make out the faint figure of a crew member in the darkness. It's pretty hard to make out, so props to Cheshire's son for those keen eyes being able to make it out.

It's one of the few mistakes in the film, which otherwise is a visual spectacle. Have you ever wondered what it would be like to take a roller coaster ride through Christopher Nolan's Inception? That's probably the best way to describe Doctor Strange's action scenes.
