Marvel's Inhumans Series Will Allegedly Film In Hawaii

It doesn't look like Marvel is willing to cut any corners when it comes to its Inhumans series. Last year, the comic book giant announced that it was developing a theatrical miniseries based on The Inhumans, and trickles of information have continued to come out about the project. Not long ago, fans learned which directors were already attached to the ambitious series, and now a reported filming location has been alleged as well.

Thanks to Reel News Hawaii, fans have been told that Marvel has brought its Inhumans project to the the island state.

"The rumors are true!!" the page posted to Twitter. "Marvel Inhumans production crews are on island and setting up show to film several episodes through June!!"

Of course, no filming has been done for the project at this time. There are still plenty of pieces that need to be rearranged behind-the-scenes before Inhumans is ready to get underway. Aside from a few directors, a full cast and crew still need to be released before Marvel Studios can bring the franchise to life.

For now, fans can look to the project's production schedule to figure out when some more news about Inhumans will break. At the start of January, Season Zero reported that Marvel's Inhumans was schedule to enter production sometime in March between cities like Chicago and Los Angeles. If that is the case, fans can expect to see some urban sets for the project while Hawaii features more exotic locales for the screen.

Marvel's The Inhumans will air the first two episodes in IMAX theaters on September 4, 2017, while the show will debut on ABC on September 26.
