What Leonardo DiCaprio Could Look Like As Stan Lee

Stan Lee may not think that Leonardo DiCaprio is good-looking enough to play him in a movie, but some new art puts Lee's joking concern to the test.

Popular artist BossLogic has created new art imagining what DiCaprio might look like as Lee, sporting Lee's signature mustache and shades look.

Take a look below:

As previously reported by ComicBook.com, Stan Lee stated during a panel at Wizard World Nashville on Sunday that he has discussed the idea of DiCaprio, who is Lee's neighbor, starring in a biopic of Lee's life.

"He's a big marvel fan, in his house, he has huge posters on his walls, all over, Marvel posters. He's great," Lee said. "Doing a movie of my life, with him playing me, and I said, 'I'm not sure you're good-looking enough. We'll test you, see how you look, see how it comes out, don't get too excited, we'll let you know.'"

This could be a new cause for a rivalry between Marvel and DC Comics fans. DiCaprio is rumored to be in consideration to play the Joker in the upcoming origin story movie from Warner Bros (which is something else that BossLogic has imagined). DiCaprio's frequent collaborator Martin Scorcese is involved with the project, adding more credibility to the idea.

Of course, no such Stan Lee biopic exists for DiCaprio to be cast in yet, so this may be putting the cart before the horse.

Lee is one of the fathers of the Marvel Universe. With collaborators like Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko, Lee created the Fantastic Four, the Silver Surfer, Iron Man, the Hulk, the Avengers, the X-Men, Black Panther, Thor, Spider-Man, and more. He was honored with a Disney Legends award for his work at this year's D23 convention.

Lee has been making his way through the convention circuit in the southeast of the United States. He was also a guest at Dragon Con in Atlanta, where he rode in style through the streets as part of the annual Dragon Con parade.
