Stuart Immonen Takes Over As Star Wars Series Artist In July

Marvel Entertainment and Lucasfilm have announced that Stuart Immonen (All-New X-Men, All-New Captain America) will take over as the new series artist on Star Wars beginning with July's Star Wars #8. 

Immonen will join series writer Jason Aaron on the chart-topping series that has ushered in the new era of Star Wars comics at Marvel, starring Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Princess Leia, Chewbacca, C-3PO and R2-D2 in adventures taking place just after the events of the original Star Wars movie. 

Check out a full preview of Immonen's artwork in the gallery below. Marvel promises more details on the second story arc of Star Wars will be revealed in the days to come, including the special guest artist for Star Wars #7.
