Throughout the Avengers films, Bruce Banner tried to keep the Hulk under control, only unleashing the beast in certain situations. Heading into the events of Thor: Ragnarok this November, it looks like the tables have turned.

On the set of Ragnarok, we learned that Hulk has taken over and refuses to let Bruce Banner to any more thinking for them. You may not think that Hulk could stay in that form for very long, but that simply isn't the case.

In fact, Bruce Banner has been in his "Hulk-Form" for two years by the time Thor runs into him on Sakaar. During that time, Hulk has suppressed Bruce from his mind, saying that he's given up on the puny human.

This explains Hulk's ability to talk in the new film, as demonstrated in the trailers. He's been able to learn as he smashes his way through the gladiators of Sakaar.

On the set, it was also revealed that Hulk isn't exactly happy, despite the fact that he's been able to hide Bruce. To keep Hulk's spirits high so that he will keep fighting in the arena, The Grandmaster decorates the planet with Hulk posters and pinatas, showing hi how much the people love him.

Since we've seen Bruce in the trailers for the film, it's a guarantee that Hulk will turn back at some point. It'll be interesting to see what it takes to convince the beast to back down.

Thor: Ragnarok hits theaters November 4, 2017. Advance tickets are available now wherever tickets are sold.
