X-Men: Apocalypse Magneto Featurette Released

Magneto is front-and-center for the latest character spotlight video from X-Men: Apocalypse.

"Magneto is joining Apocalypse to wipe out the human race," actor Michael Fassbender says. Straight to the point, huh, Magneto?

The on-again off-again ally/villain of the X-Men, Magneto is one of four mutants chosen by Apocalypse as his latest "Four Horsemen" in the film. He's joined by Storm, Psylocke, and Angel (who becomes Archangel with metal wings), each having their abilities boosted at the cost of essentially being Apocalypse's slaves/minions.

X-Men: Apocalypse continues the story launched in X-Men: First Class, now bringing the mutants into the 1980s. As an ancient mutant evil rises, the X-Men recruit some new (yet familiar) faces to combat the threat. It hits theaters May 27, 2016.
