X-Men: Apocalypse Trailer Done With 90's Cartoon Footage
05/06/2016 05:00 pm EDT
The 90's X-Men animated series was way ahead of the curve when it came to transitioning stories from the comics to the screen. Nowhere is that more apparent than in this animated reworking of the X-Men Apocalypse trailer.
Created by youtube user Philysteak, it's amazing how nicely it all gels together, and I have a sudden surge of energy to go rewatch the old series. From the horseman and Nightcrawler (still one of my favorite episodes ever) to a mohawked Storm, it's all there.
