04/18/2015 03:06 pm EDT
DC Entertainment will release action figures tied to the forthcoming home video release Justice League: Gods and Monsters and its webseries spinoff Justice League: Gods and Monsters Chronicles, reports Toy News International.
The figures will be considered a continuation of the DC Collectibles line of toys from previous animated features.
The 7" action figure line will feature the stylized anatomy and feel of the classic DC Animated Universe, but with the new character designs and high concepts of Gods and Monsters, a world in which the Justice League are a brutal, controversial global peacekeeping force.
The first assortment will feature figures of Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman, and will be released in the fall.
